Before you write

The FAQ answers the common questions about launch timing, offline use, pricing and pet safety. If the app has crashed, reopening it will restore the most recent snapshot of your garden automatically.

Reporting a bug

Bugs are welcome and genuinely useful. What helps most is the steps that led to it, because a fault that can be reproduced is a fault that gets fixed.

Requesting a feature or a crop

If a plant a UK gardener would grow is missing from the catalogue, say so and it will be researched and added with its sources cited.
